Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you submit through the application form on our Careers page. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you apply through our Careers page, we collect:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Current job title (optional)
- The area you're applying for (selected from a fixed list, such as Engineering, Product, or Sales and Partnerships)
- Your free-text response describing your experience and interest in Oryele
- Your resume (PDF or Word document)
How we use it
Your application is sent directly to our internal hiring team by email through our own Microsoft 365 system. We do not use a third-party applicant tracking system or recruiting platform to collect or store applications — the information you submit goes to our HR mailbox and is handled by our team from there.
We use the information you submit to evaluate your application for the role you applied to, and for other current or future opportunities that may be a fit, consistent with the description of our review process on the Careers page.
Automated spam protection
The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection check, to prevent automated spam submissions. This does not affect how your application content itself is reviewed.
Retention
We retain applications for as long as necessary to evaluate you for current and future opportunities, consistent with the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted through the Careers page, contact us at privacy@oryele.com.
