Lawrence Nadjafian is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Oryele, bringing more than three decades of global executive leadership across operations, technology, transformation, governance, risk and financial services.

Prior to founding Oryele, Lawrence served as Chief Operating Officer of a technology company in the public-safety sector, where he led the operational organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. His responsibilities spanned operational strategy, service delivery, project management, governance, budgeting, policies and standards, and enterprise-wide process improvement.

Previously, Lawrence spent more than 30 years with an international investment bank, holding various senior executive leadership roles across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Asia-Pacific. His responsibilities spanned global operations, cross-business transformation, third-party management, operational excellence, collaboration platforms, technology and infrastructure. Lawrence also held senior responsibility for interfacing with both internal audit and regulatory bodies on global infrastructure matters and managed international organizations of several hundred professionals and large-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies.

That experience shapes Oryele’s emphasis on disciplined execution, strong governance, operational transparency and measurable business outcomes. Lawrence leads a team bringing together operating, commercial, financial, product and technology expertise with a shared objective of building enterprise software that is ambitious in capability, disciplined in operation and valuable in the real world.

Lawrence is a graduate of the London Business School.

Xavier Martin is Vice President of Product at Oryele and an experienced technology and cybersecurity executive with expertise spanning cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, cloud infrastructure, and defense and intelligence operations.

In addition, Xavier currently holds a senior technology and security leadership role at a globally renowned technology provider, where his responsibilities include the assessment and authorization of national security cloud infrastructure. He works across security, operations and compliance organizations and interfaces with U.S. intelligence agencies and Department of Defense organizations on highly regulated cloud environments. His experience includes security planning supporting the authorization of cloud infrastructure for Top Secret information and advancing continuous compliance and authorization practices.

Previously, Xavier supported U.S. Navy and Department of Defense systems, where his responsibilities included security authorization, regulatory compliance, vulnerability remediation and strengthening the security posture of mission-critical technology environments.

Xavier holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Carolina and holds CISSP, CCSP and CISA certifications. He also served eight years in the South Carolina Air National Guard.
