1. Introduction
Oryele™ LLC ("Oryele," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at oryele.ai and provides Oryele, a digital operations platform for growing businesses — including accounting, legal, and insurance firms — that brings intake, documents, scheduling, communications, workflows, and AI-assisted work together in one platform (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access our Services.

We may receive information about you from third-party services you connect to our platform, including calendar and email providers (currently Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace), consistent with the permissions you grant those services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
- Process and respond to your inquiries and requests
- Send you marketing and promotional communications (with your consent)
- Analyze usage patterns and improve our Services
- Comply with legal obligations

4. How Our AI Features Process Your Information
This section describes how artificial intelligence is used within the Services.
Where AI processing happens
Oryele operates its own AI model infrastructure. When you use AI-powered features of the Services — including the Digital Workforce that reviews and classifies documents you or your clients submit (such as tax forms, bank statements, and engagement letters), and the Elle assistant available on our website and platform — the underlying language model runs on infrastructure that Oryele controls, not on infrastructure operated by a third-party AI company such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
Scanned or image-based documents are processed using Amazon Textract, a document-analysis service operated by Amazon Web Services ("AWS"), as part of our existing AWS hosting relationship, to extract text, tables, and form data before that content is used elsewhere in the Services.
We do not use your content to train AI models
Content you or your clients submit — including document text and chat messages — is used only to generate the specific output you requested, such as extracting fields from a document you uploaded or answering a question you asked. We do not use this content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve AI models for use by other customers or the public.
For Amazon Textract specifically, Oryele has enabled AWS's organization-wide AI services opt-out policy for the AWS account running the Services. This is a technical, enforced control, not only a stated practice — verified on 2026-08-24 by AWS's own policy-resolution API, which confirmed an opt-out result covering Textract with no service-specific exceptions.
Human review
Output from the Digital Workforce is not treated as final. Results are placed in a review queue for a person on your team to accept or correct before they become part of your records. AI does not make final substantive determinations about your engagements without a person reviewing the result.
Retention
Inputs to and outputs from our AI features are retained as part of your records and are subject to the same security controls (encryption, role-based and row-level access controls, and audit logging) and retention practices described elsewhere in this policy. Content processed by our own AI model infrastructure is not separately retained by any outside party — it stays within the same infrastructure and records described above. Content sent to Amazon Textract is processed to return the requested result and is subject to the AI services opt-out policy described above.
You do not choose which AI provider is used
Oryele uses a single, unified AI infrastructure for all customers — there is no option to select a different AI provider for your account. This means every customer's AI processing happens under the same infrastructure and the same protections described in this section.
Your data is isolated from other customers
Your data — including content processed by AI features — is logically isolated from other customers' data at the database level, using row-level security enforced for every query. AI processing does not combine, compare, or share content across different customers' accounts.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Services, subject to confidentiality obligations
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Oryele and others
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including file-level encryption, role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@oryele.com.
9. Cookies
