Common questions

Quick answers.

Find answers to the questions customers ask most often.

How do I get access to Oryele?+

Your organization administrator creates or invites users. Use the invitation email to complete setup and sign in.

Where do I see work that needs attention?+

Review the dashboard, assigned tasks, approvals, and active workflows in your workspace.

How do I request documents?+

Open the client record, choose Request Documents, select the required items, add a due date, and send.

Can I review workflow history?+

Yes. Open workflow activity to review completed steps, timestamps, ownership, and exceptions.

What if I cannot sign in?+

Use password reset, confirm your email address, and verify your MFA method. Contact support if access still fails.

How do I set up multi-factor authentication?+

Go to Settings > Security > Multi-Factor Authentication and scan the QR code with an authenticator app. MFA is required for all staff and manager accounts.

How do I add a new user?+

An Owner or Manager can go to Admin > User Administration, click Add User, choose the user type and role, and enter their details. New users receive a temporary password to sign in with.

What roles are available, and what can each one do?+

Company accounts are either Staff or Manager. Manager is your firm’s administrator and can manage staff, clients, and workflows; Staff has standard access to clients and tasks. Client portal users have their own separate, more limited access, scoped to their own records.

How do I place a legal hold on a client’s documents?+

Open the client’s record and use the Legal Hold control to place an account-level hold with a reason. This immediately blocks every document belonging to that client from deletion or archiving until the hold is released by an Admin, Super Admin, or Manager.

How do I export the audit log?+

Go to Audit Log and click Export CSV to download the events currently displayed, or Export with hashes to download your company’s full audit history with the tamper-evident hash chain included.

How do I reset my password?+

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Can I change my name or contact info?+

Go to Settings, click Edit profile, and update your name (and phone number, if your account supports it). Your sign-in email can’t be changed directly. Contact your administrator.

What is a Digital Worker?+

A Digital Worker is a governed automation that carries out defined tasks, like document collection or client intake, within the permissions your firm sets, with human review built into the workflow.

Who do I contact for billing or plan questions?+

Email info@oryele.com and our team will help with plan details, billing, or upgrades.
